If you don’t like your tour with Northern Epics, just give us a call. Or shoot us an email. Either way, we’ll give you a full refund. AND $100 just for the inconvenience.

Our guarantee isn’t long. It’s not wordy. There’s no jargon.
That’s because we don’t want it to difficult to understand or difficult to take advantage of. You could even lie to us and claim it when you had a great time. I hope you don’t, but that’s how easy we want it to be.
We aren’t an insurance company. We won’t ask you a million questions or try to stop you with fine print (there isn’t any). We might ask you some questions about how we can improve, but that’s completely separate from our guarantee.
