After doing our first two seasons with a cancellation policy that was better than any of our competition, we realized that it was still anti-customer. Why should you have to stress about the weather, getting sick, or anything else?
So we decided to get rid of our cancellation policy altogether. Now, you can give us a call 20 minutes before your tour, cancel, and we’ll STILL give you a full refund.
This cancelation policy applies to tours booked directly through this website or bookings made over the phone (907)-687-2070.
You’re our top priority. It’s that simple.
Policy for No-Call/No-Shows:
If you don’t tell us you’d like to cancel your tour before your guide gets to your lodging to pick you up (this is what we call a no-call/no-show), you will be charged. This is because our guides have a schedule, and if they have to stand around waiting 15 minutes for someone who isn’t going to show up it’s disrespectful to them and the rest of the people on the tour. We care incredibly deeply about our customers and our guides alike.
